Hello friends! I want to take this time to speak from the heart. We did it! We got the work done in our new home and many of you got to experience how awesome it feels to have a place we can call home! We have taken huge steps of faith to be able to renovate this space, and worked tireless hours to save the church hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars. However, even with all of that, we have to fork out a lot the churche's finances to get the work done that we need done in the space. I'm thankful that 26 people have taken a step of faith with us and pledge to raise $500, or more, for this renovation. That's a total of $14,000!! I would like to honor your step of faith by letting you know that you have embodied what it means to take ownership of your church. So if you are one of those that turned-in a pledge card, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! And I'm praying that God will illuminate your path, give you wisdom and favor to be able to exceed your goal by November 30th. I also want to take this time to ask those that haven't made this step yet, to consider this thought: "God cannot bless a decision you won't make." We still have about less than half of the pledges left, if everyone participates, we can, together, achieve this goal and keep our church from struggling to do meaningful ministry in this new community we are moving into, and raise the $25K that we need to keep us from that happening. I know money is a sensitive subject for many, and my intentions aren't to give you a sour taste from our ministry. I hope that you have all being impacted enough by our church to understand my heart behind this. Just to remind us that, for the last 3 years, we have given a lot to our community. We have launched over 30 community projects in our city and blessed hundreds of people in the work of ministry. We have baptized over 61 people, who, for many of them, have been changed by the power of Jesus. I have received countless of testimonies of how God has touched so many lives and restored so many families in our church. And, on top of that, we have seen how our kids have been taught a clear message of the hope we all profess in Jesus Christ. We will continue to help, lead, and empower families, and our help will get us there faster in a time where I KNOW that Milwaukee needs a church like ours. Enclosed is the link to the Cross Over/Movement of Hope Capital Campaign. If you didn't turn the pledge-in, please, fill the form on our website and on Sunday you can place a heart in one of the spaces available, representing your commitment of love to this ministry. If you absolutely can't, we totally understand and will continue to serve you with open hearts and arms. ❤️ = Service/Giving The best is yet to come!! Your proud pastor Juan
