​We live in a world that surrounds us with darkness.  The only way to disperse darkness is to shine the light to it.  How do we do that?  I used to think that as Christians our lives create light, however, further analysis of scripture show a different trend of thought on this subject.  We are meant to chase the light of Jesus, so that we may reflect light in dark places. However, this endeavor is not easy because according to Jesus when he spoke to a religious leader, human beings don’t like to be in the light...

UPC is 2 Years Old!! We celebrated with worship and ice cream sundaes on Sunday and heard powerful testimonies of some of the lives that have been touched. It was a blast!

This is so important because people will not care about what we know until they know that we care. If we want people to listen to the hope message, we need to demonstrate it and show them we care first.

Choose excellence and pursue God. Excel in your walk with the Lord because Apart from God, we can do NOTHING.

At UPC, we believe Love = Service. Our teams were excited to serve our community this morning by cleaning up the streets of Milwaukee. The church is not to be confined by four walls but to be out showing the love of Jesus through serving. We love the city of Milwaukee and want to see it transformed but it takes the work of God's people. Thank you to all who came out to join us! Stay tuned for the next I ❤️ My City project!
